Howard Henry Schultz (born July 3, 1922) is a retired American baseball and basketball player. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota.

From 1943 to 1948, Schultz played Major League Baseball as a member of the Brooklyn Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, and Cincinnati Reds. Standing 6'6", he primarily played first base and held a career batting average of .241.

Schultz turned to basketball in 1949, embarking on a four year National Basketball Association career as a member of the Anderson Packers, Fort Wayne Pistons, and Minneapolis Lakers. He averaged 5.3 points per game and won two championships with the Lakers.
