WBOP is a Rockin' Country formatted broadcast radio station licensed to Buffalo Gap, Virginia, serving the Harrisonburg/Staunton area. WBOP is owned and operated by Vox Radio Group.

History

WBOP first went on the air in 1989 as a classic rock format at 106.3 FM. During it's time at 106.3, the station would carry some form of a rock format. In August 2006, WBOP moved to 95.5. In March 2008, WBOP changed their format to Rockin' Country, branded as "Rebel 95.5".
