Lincoln Park Grounds also commonly known as Union Grounds is a former baseball ground located in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. The ground was home to the Cincinnati Red Stockings baseball club from May 4, 1869 to August 4, 1870. When the Cincinnati Red Stockings played here, they were the first professional team in baseball, which meant that all the players were paid to play. When the team was formed here in 1869, it would be two years before the first organized baseball league was started.
