Miranda is the name of a Spanish singer popular in Europe in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Biography

Miranda's career has heretofore been short. Her first publication was in 1999, when she published the first single from her first and only album Fiesta, Vamos a la playa. The song became a summer hit^[1] and was inserted in several compilations dedicated to analogous music; it played heavily on radio stations and television. The single was one of the top ten in the "Italian" classification. The next year Miranda was one of the new top sellers of the summer with Eldorado,^{[citation needed]} from the cooler rhythms of the previous single. The extended{?} second single is well-received in Europe. The third and final single from the album is A la fiesta.^[2] It is featured in more of her music, and still is. The remix versions take advantage of her artistic range.
