César González Navas (born 14 February 1980 in Madrid) is a Spanish football player who currently plays for La Liga's Racing de Santander. His normal position is central defender.

Navas was brought through the ranks of hometown Real Madrid, but only played with their B team. He would make his first division debuts in 2004-05, playing two seasons with Málaga CF.

In January 2007, he left Málaga and the second division and played for six months on loan with league strugglers (eventually relegated) Gimnàstic de Tarragona. After his return to Málaga, he had a trial with English side Ipswich Town, but an eventual deal fell through due to a metatarsal injury. He subsequently joined Racing de Santander.
