1973 CONCACAF Championship qualification

There would be one round of play. The 14 teams were divided into 6 groups of 2 or 3 teams (four groups with 2 teams and two groups with 3 teams). The teams would play against each other on a home-and-away basis. The group winners would advance to the tournament.

"Haiti" advance to the tournament.

Group 6

All home matches of Dutch Guiana were played away instead.
