Shelley Kiser

Shelley Kiser is a beauty queen from Oregon who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.

Kiser won the Miss Oregon USA 1983 title in the state pageant held in Portland, Oregon. She had previously won the 1979 Montogmery Ward Pacetter Modeling Pageant held in Portland, Oregon and the 1981 Miss Oregon T.E.E.N. pageant where she placed in the top 10 for talent in the national competition held in Albequerque, New Mexico.

Kiser represented Oregon in the Miss USA 1983 pageant broadcast live from Knoxville, Tennessee. She did not place in the nationally televised pageant, which was won by Julie Hayek of California who also placed as 1st runner up in the Miss Universe Pageant.

Kiser is a graduate of Tigard High school, Clackamas Community College and Portland State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Communication. She later earned her master's degree from Northern Arizona University in Educational Leadership and went on to become a school principal.
