The Roman Catholic Diocese of Ruhengeri (Latin: "Dioecesis Kibungensis") is an ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Rwanda. It was erected on September 5, 1968 by Pope John XXIII. The diocese is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Kigali.
The current Bishop of Ruhengeri is "His Excellency" Frédéric Rubwejanga, having been appointed by Pope John Paul II on March 30, 1992.
