The song was released as a single on April 2, 2002. It reached #3 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart and #7 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. This song was also featured in a commercial advertising Mountain Dew soda. It was also featured on the video games Karaoke Revolution, MLB Slugfest 2004, as well as Aggressive Inline. It still receives airplay occasionally.
