U.S. Route 322 Truck is a truck bypass of a low clearance underpass along U.S. Route 322 in Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It heads east from US 322 in the center of Downingtown along U.S. Route 30 Business (Lancaster Avenue). The route enters East Caln Township and turns south on Quarry Road. Along Quarry Road, ramps provide access to and from the eastbound U.S. Route 30 bypass, with access ramps to westbound US 30 located along Lancaster Avenue. Quarry Road carries US 322 Truck to Boot Road, where it heads west to return to US 322 along the southern edge of Downingtown.
