July 6 , 2008, announced completion of the newly refurbished and reconfiguredCamp Crame National Operations Center (NOC), powered by modern communication, imaging, andteleconferencing technology. Its new equipments includeLCD monitors,CCTV cameras, and the electronic tracking system to monitor the deployment of mobile units thru global positioning system (GPS ). Chief Superintendent Constante Azares Jr., chief of the PNP-NOC, explained that: "The NOC is the hub and never center of all PNP operations and activities nationwide.
