State Route 105 is a minor route in the southeastern part of the state. The southern terminus of the route is at its junction with State Route 27 at Ozark. The northern terminus of the route is at its junction with State Route 10 at Clopton, an unincorporated community in southeastern Barbour County.

Route description

State Route 105 leads northeastwardly from Ozark as traverses through Dale County. The route travels primarily through rural areas, passing only through the unicorpoated community of Skipperville before it crosses into Barbour County. The route is approximately 21 miles long, and travels on a two-lane road for its duration.
