The diocese of Phú Cường (Latin: Dioecesis Phycuongensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese in southern Vietnam. Since 1999 the bishop of the diocese has been Pierre Trân Ðinh Tu. The diocese in its present form was founded on October 14, 1965. By 2004, the diocese of Phú Cường had about 113,238 believers (5.1% of the population), 101 priests and 64 parishes.[1]
The diocese covers an area of 10,855 km², and is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Ho Chi Minh city.
Sacred Heart Cathedral in Thu Dau Mot town is the Cathedral of the diocese.[2]
