Racoon (KAME)

Racoon is a tool for handling Internet Key Exchange (IKE) in IPsec for Linux, FreeBSD and NetBSD.

It's part of the KAME project, and almost all of the implemented KAME project code has been merged to FreeBSD and NetBSD. IPsec-Tools is a port of the KAME code to Linux.
