Terøya, Haram

Terøya (also Teroy) is a little island in the municipality Haram, Møre og Romsdal, Norway. The population is around 300 people, with almost 20 ethnical groups.Fact|date=June 2008 The population of Terøya is concentrated in the south of the island.

Terøya is located 3 kilometers from Søvik and the Norwegian Shipbuilding company Aker Yards at Søviknes. It is connected to mainland Norway with a bridge. To the west of the island lies the island Bjørnøya. The two island are separated by the Bjørnøyfjellet.
