Søvik is a village and a regional service center in the municipality of Haram, Norway. Helgelandske had its headquarters here in the 19th century.

Søvik's population in 2007 is 604. [http://www.ssb.no/beftett_en/arkiv/tab-2007-06-07-01-en.html Norway Statistics] ] This was slightly up from 586 in 2005. [ [http://ssb.no/beftett/tab-2005-06-03-01.html Norwegian Statistics] ] The area of the village is 0.72 km2. The 2007 population density is 839 per km2.

Søvik is a service center for the population in the nearby smaller villages Hamnsund, Gamlem, and the the islands of Bjørnøya and Terøya. These services include a local school, the "Søvik skule". The main economic branches of Søvik are fishing, shipyards, and the provision of public and commercial services. Local companies are the Søvik Aker Yards at Søviknes, Mørenot, Coop, Spar, and Mix. Bus and ferry operator Helgelandske moved its headquarters out of the village in 1898.
