The Highland Brewing Company is brewery in Orkney, Scotland. It was founded in 2005 by Rob Hill, and is situated in the old Creamery at Swannay Farms, Swannay, Orkney Mainland.
Five beers are brewed all year round: Scapa Special, St Magnus Ale, Dark Munro, Orkney Blast and Orkney Best. Dark Munro won gold in the 2007 Champion Beer of Scotland award.
