FK Ohrid 2004 ( _mk. ФК Охрид 2004) is a football club from the city of Ohrid in the Republic of Macedonia. They play in Blue and White jerseys at the Biljanini Izvori football complex. The club has been created in the year 1921.

After a break of 4 years, FK Ohrid managed to get themselves into the Macedonian Second League for the 2007-08 season.
