* Archbishop of Ohrid and Macedonia (est. 1959), originally head of an autonomous Orthodox church under the jurisdiction of the Serbian Orthodox Church, whose unilateral declaration of autocephaly in 1967 is not recognized by other autocephalous Orthodox churches

* Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric (est. 2002), an autonomous Orthodox church under the jurisdiction of the Serbian Orthodox Church in opposition to the preceding
