The airline was established in
1997 and began operations in October1998 , originally flying domestic routes in and around Cambodia. Initially it operated oneFokker F28 aircraft carrying passengers and cargo from Phnom Penh toSiem Reap . President Airlines consolidated domestic routes and has also opened international services. In2002 President Airlines joined IATA, BSP programs thus allowing IATA Travel Agents to issue tickets through their respective reservations systems.
