- Eddie Rocket's
Eddie Rocket's is an Irish owned fast food franchise with stores across Ireland as well as in
Gran Canaria andLiverpool .The restaurants are themed as 1950s
diner s, and do not operate in the same manner as a typical fast-food chain; real crockery andcutlery are used, drinks are served inglassware , orders are taken by a waiter at a customer's seat, freshly cooked and then brought to the customer. Many of their restaurants sell beer (usually Route 66 Beer) and open late at night, which had lead to their
Dublin city centre locations becoming part of thedrinking culture for some in the city.History
