"Canadian Alliance for Development Initiatives and Projects" (CADIP) - humanitarian non-profit organization for promoting cooperation, volunteer activities, youth initiatives, charity projects throughout the world. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The Organization works in Canada, Germany, Vietnam, Zambia, Austria, Bulgaria, Burundi, China, Costa Rica, France, Ghana, Greece, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Korea, Malawi, Mexico, Nepal, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Togo, Turkey. Official Objectives

* To promote volunteering as an expression of civic contribution
* To support the community initiatives and assist in community development
* To strengthen the international contacts among young people
* To build tolerance and understanding in multicultural and multi-ethnic surroundings
* To promote multiunderstanding among youth all over the world
* To facilitate the individual growth of the volunteers through the acquisition of work, life and learning skills

Activities

* Short-term voluntary projects (workcamps), including charity work with orphans and underprivileged children, environmental protection, social services including recreation for children, support of elderly and people with special needs, festivities, volunteer actions with social impact;
* Youth exchanges;
* Seminars, conferences, trainings, youth competitions and contests, info-markets;
* Environmental actions;
* Cultural festivals.
