Saad Mohseni (born April 23, 1966) is an Australian who, along with his brothers Zaid and Jahid Mohseni and his sister Wajma Mohseni, went to his Afghanistan in 2002 to establish the Moby Group ( [http://www.mobygroup.com www.mobygroup.com] ), Afghanistan's most diverse media company with interests in television, radio, print, web and directories, IT&T, and retail.

Prior to establishing Moby, Saad Mohseni headed the equities and corporate finance division of an Australian investment banking firm.

Moby Group’s media outlets reach some 11 million Afghans every day, representing some 70% of the total media audience in the country. Moby's media interests include Tolo TV ( [http://www.tolo.tv www.tolo.tv] ), Lemar TV ( [http://www.lemar.tv www.lemar.tv] ), Arman FM ( [http://www.arman.fm www.arman.fm] ), Aria Production ( [http://www.aria.af www.aria.af] ), Barbud ( [http://www.barbudmusic.com www.barbudmusic.com] ), Afghan Scene Magazine ( [http://www.afghanscene.com www.afghanscene.com] ) and YellowPages Afghanistan ( [http://www.yellowpages.com.af www.yellowpages.com.af] ).

In addition to its broadcast media interests, Moby owns and operates Afghan ITT ( [http://www.afghanitt.com www.afghanitt.com] ), Afghanistan's most dynamic IT&T entity. AITT represents CISCO, HP and MGE partners in the country. Moby conducts its retail business through Andeshagah ( [http://www.andeshagah.com www.andeshagah.com] ), a chain of internet cafes.

Regionally, Moby is a major shareholder in gaming entity iPlayUp ( [http://www.iplayup.com www.iplayup.com] ) with interests in the Middle East, Central Asia and India.

Moby Media Group is privately owned, with headquarters in Kabul and 15 offices throughout Afghanistan. Moby’s regional business is conducted out of Dubai’s Media City.
