Andrew Levy, also known as Andy Levy (born August 11 , 1966 [http://www.nytimes.com/2007/04/10/arts/television/10gutf.html?_r=1&n=Top/News/Business/Companies/Fox%20Entertainment%20Group,%20Inc.&pagewanted=all&oref=slogin] ), is a current personality on Fox News Channel's late night cult show, "Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld", as the show's "ombudsman" and runs the "halftime report" and "post game wrap-up" since its debut on February 5, 2007. He is known for a deadpan delivery and libertarian politics. Levy graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. A veteran of the US Army (he served as a 31K Combat Signaler), Levy worked in Hollywood for ten years, including stints as the publicist for the 69th Annual Academy Awards and an executive with the Directors Guild of America. While in Los Angeles he also played keyboards for singer/songwriter Dalton Grant and the self-described World’s Greatest Cover Band, Suite 69. He also blogged as the Cranky Insomniac, a blog which is currently inactive and has been since 2006.

Running jokes on "Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld" involving Levy include the fact that he owns two cats (Pixel and Stormy), that he is a fan of NASCAR and the New York Giants football team, and that he sports color highlights in his sandy-blond hair.
