Shawn Hawkins (born July 31, 1982, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is a professional basketball player who has played for the CBA's Pittsburgh Xplosion and after playing for the USBL's Albany Patroons, he joined the Daegu Orions of the Korean Basketball League in December, 2007. Shawn attended Long Beach State where he averaged 14.3 points per game.He played in the famous NBA Summer League in Southern California 2006. He also attended Columbus State College from 2001 to 2003. Shawn is the grandson of former NBA superstar Connie Hawkins.
