Subdivisions of Latvia

The districts of Latvia are divided into 77 cities ("Latv.: pilsētas", plur. "pilsēta", sing.), 10 amalgamated municipalities ("Latv.: novads"), 24 rural territories ("Latv.: lauku teritorija") and 475 rural municipalities ("Latv.: pagasts").
