Rhonda Ross Kendrick (born Rhonda Suzanne Silberstein on August 14, 1971 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress. Her mother is singer and actress Diana Ross, and her father is Motown Records founder Berry Gordy. At the time of her birth, Ross was married to her first husband, Robert Ellis Silberstein. Consequently, on her birth certificate, her last name is listed as Silberstein. Rhonda would not learn her true paternity until she was thirteen years old. In an interview, she admitted that learning the truth was not much of a shock and, instead, put several things into perspective.

Kendrick's most famous acting credit is on "Another World", as Toni Burrell. She played the role from 1997 to 1999, and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 1998. She is a graduate of Brown University, and has been married to jazz musician Rodney Kendrick since September 13, 1996.
