CSI College of Engineering is situated in the Ketti Valley. The institution is a self-financed,[2] Christian minority institution.[2]
Social activities
The students constantly engage in activities which are beneficial to the society as shown below:
- In 2005, a ten day NSS camp was situated in Nedugalcombai, an Irumba tribal village. The camps involved sanitising, implementing new facilities and structures and also, conducting cultural engagement events and activities for the tribals.[1]
- The Youth Red Cross wing of the Institution organised a blood donation camp in August 2004, enlisting the aid of the Coimbatore based K. G. Hospital. Over 200 students and 25 members of the faculty participated in the event.[3]
