al-Imara ( _ar. العمارة) was a
Palestinianvillage, located in the northern Naqab Desert 27 kilometers northwest of the city of Beersheba. During the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, the village was captured by the Yiftach Brigadein early October, meeting with no resistance. The Jewishkibbutz of Urimis built on the lands of the former village.
