Omblos hill climb

The Omplos hill climb was an automobile uphill racing competition that was held from 1999 until 2006 on mount Omplos, 8 km southeast of downtown Patras. It was organized by the Patras Automobilist Club (AOP) and the youth and sport organization of the Municipality of Messatida, Achaea. With 3.2 km total length it was the fifth round of the Greek Hill Climb Championship. The event replaced Pititsa hill climb due to problems on its roads; the problems were solved and the hill climb returned at Pititsa.
