He playedcollege football atOhio State University . Clark later served as an assistant coach for the Arena Football League team the Columbus Destroyers. The Head Coach of the Destroyers at the time was Clark's former teammate at Ohio State, Chris Spielman.While with Green Bay in 1992, Clark played in the September game that is famously known for being the week that QB Brett Favre made his NFL game debut replacing the injured QB Dan Majikowski. The Packers claimed victory 24-23 in a comeback win over the Bengals at Lambeau Field where Favre threw for two fourth quarter touchdowns to complete the rally.
