Hans Reimann (born
August 24 ,1941 inStarrischken , Municipality Heydekrug) is an East German athlete, who starts for theSC Dynamo Berlin and the GDR and won two Olympic medals in 20 km racewalking at the Olympic summer games 1972 inMunich he won the third place (1:27:17 hours), and at the1976 Summer Olympics inMontréal he became the second place (1:25:14 hours). Peter Frenkel - went a world record (1:25:19.4 hours). Four years later and he was flag bearer of the GDR team at the opening of the Olympic Games, 1976.
