Mortgage Industry Advisory Corporation (MIAC) is a New York City based company specializing in third-party mortgage asset pricing services including subprime mortgage assets, secondary market hedge advisory solutions, comprehensive mortgage analytical pricing and hedging models and mortgage banking asset/liability solutions.

MIAC's proprietary software, MIAC Analytics, is used in pricing, hedging and accounting for over $4.0 trillion dollars in mortgage servicing rights and whole loans each month.[citation needed]

In October 2006, MIAC was named the leading provider of Secondary and Residual Pricing in the Securitized and Structured Finance markets by The Bond Market Association and The American Securitization Forum (now the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association).[1]
