Eastwood College

Eastwood College is a private school in Lebanon. It currently has about two campuses operating in south Beirut.

History

Eastwood College was established in 1973 by Mr. Amine Michel Khoury, with the first school director, Ms. Hazel St. John. Presently, this is the first campus located in Kfarshima [http://www.eastwoodcollege.com/ec/article.php?id=11 History] , Eastwoodcollege.com] .

During the Lebanese civil war, the school was occupied by militias, forcing Eastwood College to be relocated to Monsourieh [http://www.eastwoodcollege.com/ec/article.php?id=11 History] , Eastwoodcollege.com] . The original campus in Kfarshima was reopened in 1991 [http://www.eastwoodcollege.com/ec/article.php?id=11 History] , Eastwoodcollege.com] .

Campuses

The Kfarshima Campus

The first campus became operational since 1973. It is located along the Old Sidon Road, in Kfarshima, a remote village in the Baabda District [http://www.eastwoodcollege.com/ec/article.php?id=14 Campuses] , Eastwoodcollege.com] . Apart from regular classrooms, this campus also have five classrooms for special needs and special Arabic classes.
