Westmoreland County, Connecticut was a
county inConnecticut in the present day area ofWyoming Valley ,Pennsylvania , until it was ceded toPennsylvania in1784 , of which it now forms the northeastern corner. It briefly seceded to become theState of Westmoreland . It has no relationship to the currentWestmoreland County, Pennsylvania , which is located on the opposite side of Pennsylvania.External links
