Southwest Georgia Regional Airport with direct access to the airport's two runways.Production
Although mainly producing turbine-powered agricultural aircraft, a recent order in March 2008 from the Libyan government for 20 Thrush 600 series aircraft has revived interest in the older radial engine series. Lavender 2008] Despite incorporating some modern refinements, the Thrush 600 is essentially the same type that was last produced by the Ayres Corporation in 1994. Two dual-control, two seat trainers are included in the Libyan order.
