Olympic medal record Men's Ice hockey Bronze 1920 Antwerp Team Competition Otakar "Otto, Vend" Vindyš (April 9, 1884 – December 23, 1949) was a Czechoslovak ice hockey player (Defenseman) who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics and in the 1924 Winter Olympics.
He was born and died in Prague.
In 1911 he won European Championship with the Czechoslovak team.
He was a member of the Czechoslovak ice hockey team, which won the bronze medal in 1920.
Four years later he also participated in the first Winter Olympic ice hockey tournament.
Club career: played for HC Slavia Praha.
