Biltmore Farms, LLC is owned and operated by the family of George Henry Vanderbilt Cecil, who is the grandson of George Washington Vanderbilt II. Current holdings include Biltmore Farms, Biltmore Farms Homes, Biltmore Farms Hotels, and Biltmore Farms Commercial.

Biltmore Farms, LLC is an active real estate development company which has developed communities in Asheville, North Carolina including Biltmore Lake, Biltmore Park and The Ramble.
