Robert Chaplin (born
January 17 ,1968 ,Smithers, British Columbia ) is a Canadian artist and publisher, currently based inVancouver . His practice includes carving gem stones, making sculptures, drawing pictures, writing stories, and publishing books.He studied Fine Art at the
