Notable alumni
- Steve Adolph made the first touchdown in school's history. He went on to become the school's principal; then, served as Superintendent for the Tempe Union High School District. For Steve's many contributions to the District and City, Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman declared April 23, 2011, Steve Adolph Day in Tempe, and the school retired #22, the number Steve played under as a student athlete at Marcos de Niza.
