Football Licensing Authority

The Football Licensing Authority is a Non-Departmental Public Body set up under the Football Spectators Act 1989 to ensure that all spectators in England and Wales, regardless of age, gender, ethnic origin, disability, or the team that they support are able to attend sports grounds in safety, comfort and security. It is funded by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
