The Star Tower is a 956 foot (291.4 m) high transmitting tower for TV and FM in
Cincinnati, Ohio at coord|39|12|01|N|84|31|22|W|. Similar structures designed by the same firm exist inMesquite, Texas ("Mesquite Municipal Communications Facility") and theWashington, D.C. area (WDCW ,Hughes Memorial Tower ), and at a smaller scale onPoor Mountain ,Virginia (WPXR ).
