Designed by architects F.A. Henninger and J. Harte, the Haven-Page House was completed between 1900 and 1924 for T.C. Havens. It is built of stone in the
Second Renaissance Revival Style. Located just south of theWest Central-Cathedral Historic District and theGeorge Joslyn House , it is within aNorth Omaha neighborhood referred to as the Gold Coast. When it was first built, the house was atrolley car ride away from the bustle of Omaha's downtown; today, it is located in the middle of the city.The house was rehabilitated in 1983 in conjunction with a City of Omaha program for $50,000.
