Capital Idea!

Capital Idea!

Capital Idea! was a nine-day Music Festival based out of Ottawa, Ontario. The festival took place from June 21st to June 30th 2007, and featured such high-profile indie acts as The Walkmen, The Fiery Furnaces, Xiu Xiu, Damo Suzuki, and more. Despite a great deal of media attention in television, print and internet outlets, the festival failed to attract a large number of attendees. Its organizer later claimed on the Punk Ottawa message board that the festival lost over $30,000.
