Networx Bulgaria' was the largest ISP in Rousse, Bulgaria. It had more than 20,000 home and business users, and runs its own fiber-optic infrastructure. Company has been acquired by leading Bulgarian telecom Mobiltel on November 4th 2010.

As of May 2007, the company had 50 employees in Rousse, and it has invested about $2.0 mln. in infrastructure for 2006 alone.

In May 2007 the company also bought one of the smallest ISPs in Romania - Metronet based in Giurgiu, Romania. Networx-BG had plans to invest heavily in the fiber-optics infrastructure of Giurgiu.

On November 4th 2010 Networx Bulgaria has been acquired by Bulgarian telecom Mobiltel for 3 000 000 BGN. As of December 1th 2010 Networx Bulgaria will discontinue all of its services and will start offering Internet, fixed telephony services and DTV using Mobiltel's own network as announced on press message on November 4th 2010. Mobiltel announced soon to offer some of their services in Romanian city Giurgiu.
