Stuart Hughes is a UK politician representing voters at all three levels of Local government in the United Kingdom. He is councillor for North Ward on Sidmouth Town Council and Sidford Ward on East Devon District Council and Devon County Council.
Whilst initially elected to much press attention as a candidate from the Raving Loony Green Giant Party- the first "Raving Loony" candidate to win a contested election - he now sits as a Conservative, although many locals still refer to him affectionately as their "Loony" councillor.
