Prince Rostislav Alexandrovich of Russia (November 2, 1902 - July 31, 1978) was a member of the Russian nobility of the House of Romanov.

Prince Rostislav Alexandrovich was the son of HIH the Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich ‘Sandro’ (1866-1933) and HIH the Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna (1875-1960). His parents were first cousins once removed. Consequently Prince Rostislav was the great-grandson of Tsar Nicholas I (from his father's side), also the great-great-grandson of the same Tsar Nicholas I (from his mother's one), the grandson of Tsar Alexander III and the nephew of Tsar Nicholas II.

When Emperor Nicholas II abdicated the Russian monarchy in March 1917, the Emperor's mother gathered a large number of relatives including Prince Rostislav in the Crimea. In 1918, many were detained at near Yalta, but a month later were freed by the Germans after the signing of the Treaty of Brest Litovsk. In 1919, a group including the Prince was rescued by the British battleship, HMS Marlborough, sent by King George V.
