In 2005, the company came under criticism for posting two apparently plagiarized logos on their site. Criticism from individuals in the blogosphere and on internet forums prompted the company to respond on one such internet forum [Wurth, Robert. LogoWorks: Who is to Blame? http://www.creativelatitude.com/articles/article_0905_wurth.html] stating the company takes plagiarism seriously. The two designers who copied logo designs were immediately terminated and the offending logos were removed from the Logoworks website. The company also asserted that neither of the offending logos were sold to or used by their customers.Fact|date=January 2008 Logoworks also apologized for the mistake and claims to have taken several internal steps to prevent this problem from reoccurring. To date, Logoworks maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism of any kind. Despite this response, a few designers have continued to criticize Logoworks business practices.Fact|date=January 2008
