"Somebody's Someone" is the third studio album by Canadian country music singer/songwriter Gil Grand. It was released on February 28, 2006 by Royalty Records and is his second album for the label. The track "Lost Her Love (On Our Last Date)" is a cover of a Conway Twitty song.
