Judy Marsales is a businessperson and politician in Ontario, Canada. She was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, representing the former riding of Hamilton West as a member of the Ontario Liberal Party .

Marsales was born and raised in Winnipeg, moving to Hamilton, Ontario in 1972. In 1991, she became the first woman president of the Metropolitan Hamilton Real Estate Board. Marsales had long been active in the Liberal party, president of the Hamilton West federal Liberal riding association in 1986.
